  • The nature of your advisory enquiry
  • Any other information you choose to share in the course of correspondence

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we may collect technical information including your IP address and approximate location, browser type and device information, pages visited, time spent and navigation path, and the referring URL. This information is collected via cookies and analytics tools — see Section 7 (Cookies) for further detail.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data (including health information, financial account details, identification numbers or biometric data) through this Site. If a client engagement requires the handling of such information, it is governed by a separate engagement agreement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and assess whether we can assist with your advisory needs; communicate with you about our services, where you have requested this; maintain records of our business relationships and correspondence; improve the performance and content of our Site; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information on the following bases: legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and conduct our business as an advisory firm; contractual necessity — where processing is required to deliver services under an engagement; compliance with legal obligations — where applicable law requires us to retain or process information; and consent — where you have expressly consented to a specific use, such as receiving insights or updates.

5. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, and in any event:

  • Enquiry correspondence: up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless an engagement follows.
  • Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement and for a minimum of seven years thereafter, in accordance with applicable legal and professional record-keeping requirements.
  • Website analytics data: in accordance with the retention settings of the analytics platform used (typically 14–26 months).

We review retention periods periodically and delete personal information that is no longer required.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who support the operation of our Site and business (such as web hosting, email and analytics providers), under appropriate data processing agreements; with legal and regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law; and with professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) acting on our behalf, under duties of confidentiality. Where we share information with service providers outside the UAE or India, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device. We use essential cookies — necessary for the Site to function, which cannot be disabled; analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use the Site, placed only with your consent; and preference cookies — to remember your choices, placed with your consent.

On your first visit, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies at that point, and you may change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable legal framework, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information, subject to our retention obligations; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@atbcorporate.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from our Site.
