Bejoy has spent more than twenty years in senior finance leadership across the UAE, India, Singapore and Australia. His work has sat where finance meets ownership: how a group is structured, capitalised and governed across jurisdictions.
In the UAE, he served at one of the region’s largest private healthcare groups as Regional Finance Business Partner across several business units, and earlier as AVP, Treasury, with the same group. He was Group CFO of a multinational telecoms and payments group with revenues of around AED 2 billion, which he restructured and prepared for exit through sale. Before that, he was CFO of a healthcare delivery and research company. He began his career in audit and assurance with Big Four firms in India and Singapore.
At ATB, he leads the business structuring and cross-border advisory practice. He works directly with clients from scoping through delivery, bringing in the specialist areas as the mandate requires. The structures he designs are meant to be examined — by investors, lenders and regulators — and to hold.
